For Mother's Day, I decided to try a new recipe; Raspberry Lemon Cupcakes. A lemon cupcake with some raspberries gently mixed in, topped with a lemon glaze and a fresh raspberry. The lemon taste was very light, so it was just a perfect compliment to the raspberries, my favorite. More importantly, my mom liked them. :)
